1. Background of Our Commitment to DE&I
Recognizing that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion ("DE&I") play a vital role in achieving a sustainable society and are essential for corporate growth, we prioritize DE&I as an integral part of the venture community.
2. Our Goals for Promoting DE&I
To advance DE&I, we aim to implement the following initiatives:
・Develop policies that respect DE&I, along with strategies and plans incorporating necessary KPIs.
・Demonstrate DE&I leadership through visible actions and communication.
・Foster an organizational culture of psychological safety and inclusiveness.
・Recruit and develop a diverse workforce.
・Ensure transparency in our processes and actions.
・Address unconscious bias through systemic approaches.
・Provide education and training to promote awareness of DE&I.
・Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to improve DE&I practices.
3. Commitment to Eradicating Harassment
Harassment is a serious violation of human rights. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or discrimination against executives, employees, investees, or prospective investees.
To eliminate harassment, we will take the following actions:
・Establish and uphold a policy explicitly prohibiting harassment and all forms of discrimination.
・Clearly communicate management's commitment to eradicating harassment.
・Create and operate a secure, fair reporting and notification system.
・Provide education and training to prevent harassment and discrimination.
