In Joon Hwang, Managing Partner and CEO of Z Venture Capital, has been selected as part of Global Corporate Venturing’s "Powerlist 2025," a list recognizing the 100 most influential professionals in the global corporate venture capital industry.

This list selects outstanding leaders from around the world based on their corporate venture capital strategy, structure, investment performance, and industry contributions.

In Joon was recognized for his leadership in executing global investment activities across offices in Japan, Korea, and the United States, taking on challenges in cutting-edge fields such as AI, space, and robotics through the newly established JPY 30bn ZVC Fund II.

In-Joon Hwang holds the position of Senior Executive Officer & CGIO (Chief Global Investment Officer) of LY Corporation. He is also on the board of 16 other companies. In the past he was Director at NAVER Corp. and Chief Executive Officer & Director at Line C&I Corp. (a subsidiary of NAVER Corp.), Chief Executive Officer & Director of Investments at NHN Investment Co., Ltd. and Managing Director at Woori Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer at NAVER Corp/LINE Corp. He received an undergraduate degree from Seoul National University and an MBA from New York University Graduate School.
