Graduated from Sophia University's Faculty of Economics. Worked at Baker & McKenzie, an international law firm, for 12 years from 2005, where he worked on numerous international transactions, M&A, and corporate restructuring deals. He then worked at YJ Capital, the predecessor of Z Venture Capital, before becoming a member of the House of Representatives (2017-2021). He has devoted himself to startup development measures, etc., and was selected for two consecutive years in the regular Diet session to receive the highest rating of "3 stars" (top 2%) in the Diet members' activities. From 2022, he has been managing an impact fund as a GP that invests in problem-solving startups in developing countries, while serving as a board member of a major foreign online travel agency; from July 2023, he joined Z Venture Capital as CFO, and has been in his current position since January 2024.
