Josh Jung joined ZVC in 2025, bringing a decade of experience in cross-border investment and a technical background. Prior to ZVC, Josh was an Investment Director at Vertex Growth, a Temasek-backed growth VC fund based in Singapore, where he was the first local hire in South Korea and led investments in growth and pre-IPO stage companies. Before that, he was the first employee at Access Ventures, a cross-border early-stage VC fund focused on Korea & Southeast Asia, where he led early-stage investments across Korea, Vietnam, and the US. Josh began his career as an R&D engineer at Korea Telecom (KT) and the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI), where he primarily worked on machine learning systems development. He holds a B.S. in Information and Communications Engineering and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology (KAIST).
