Kosuke joined Z Venture Capital in May 2026. Prior to Z Venture Capital, he was at Accenture, where he engaged in management transformation, profitability improvement, supply chain transformation, and post-merger value creation for clients in the manufacturing sector, particularly consumer goods. Kosuke supported end-to-end business growth, from AI- and data-driven strategy development to execution. Kosuke started his career at Central Japan Railway Company (JR Central), where he was involved in public relations, human resources, and risk management within the Shinkansen and Chuo Shinkansen (Maglev) business divisions. Kosuke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kyoto University.
