James joined Z Venture Capital (“ZVC”) in 2022 and he focuses on investments across Global ex-Japan.
Prior to joining ZVC, James spent 8 years at LINE in various roles across Business Development, Strategy, Growth, and Corporate Development, and was also a founding member of LINE Ventures. Throughout his career, James also held management positions at several consumer and B2B startups across Asia and the US.
James started his career in San Francisco at Blackrock where he managed equity and fixed income portfolios for institutional investors. He received a BS degree from UC Berkeley and MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
